Matru ki bijli ka mandola released on 11th january 2013 and this post on mtvyouth presents you the movie review. The movie casts imran khan , anushka sharma , pankaj kapur in lead roles, however mtvyouth on reviewing the movie feels that there is not much of the role of the youth actors i.e khan and anushka. The movie rests on the talented pankaj kapur who has given an out standing performance. His acting and character has no match. Even this role could not be performed by any other actor other than our pankaj kapur. May be this is what is called the experienced artist.
To review the movie, we didn’t find any story in the movie. However the movie tries to bring in front the scenario of the farmers of Haryana which is more or less same as any other farmer in the country. The movie’s dialogues are totally rough and have an haryanvi touch so many people may find it difficult to swallow the lines. There are many scenes in the movie which when remembered make you laugh. Pankaj kapur is a rich industrialist , father of bijli. He is a full alcoholic person and cannot live without it. But he manages to quit alcohol at the last of the movie. Sexy anushka in movie arrives late and also she does not share much of the screen space. She is initially in love with some politician but eventually falls for matru. Matru is a person who is involved in the good of farmers by helping them saving their land from the corrupt government.
To review the movie as a whole , for those who are good in understanding the accent of haryanvi language , they must go and watch the movie , but this one is not recommended for families. Youngsters will find it interesting and specially in the first half. Second half in bit of boring as it is serious there. A one time watch movie and hope you agree with the movie review of matru ki bijli ka mandola….!!!
